Profitability Case

Guiding Principle

Profitability cases are quite straightforward as far as the top level structure is concerned. The meat of these cases is in navigating the structure to identify where there is a problem or scope form improvement. In doing so, the key areas for focus are:
- Creating good, MECE structures along the way
- Asking the right questions, to correctly identify most significant areas to dive deeper on
- Creatively identifying solutions
Rather than discussing the nitty-gritties much further, looking at an example case, and then solving more on your own would help. Beyond that you can have a look at the set of frameworks later on to spark a little more thought on useful structures to solve profitability cases.
